Picture of the Day: April 30, 2015

wpid-cam02014.jpgFirst Grade went on a super field trip to Powder Valley and the World Bird Sanctuary today!  This picture was taken at the start of our day, and yes, we were looking into the sun, but we were excited and READY FOR FUN!  We had lots of it, too!  Stay tuned for a blog post with details about what we did! 🙂

    I was scanning through some links to blogs and your post listing the World Bird Sanctuary caught my attention. With my interest in wildlife, I had to learn more so I checked on the web and found the World Bird Sanctuary had a walk through tour on You Tube. What a wonderful place! With my love of photography and wildlife I would enjoy visiting. I noticed they even had a kookaburra, a bird I often hear calling near my house.
