Just wanted to take a minute to say hope your 2012 is off to a great start! I wanted to officially start off a new blogging year with a new theme. Ok, I really just can’t decide which theme I like best and so I decided this would be a good time to try out another one that looked good.
But whatever the reason, I hope for you your best year yet. Did you make any New Year’s Resolutions? My kids will be blogging about that very topic this week, but until you read theirs, tell us about yours. 🙂

Thanks, Archie! I’m glad that you’re glad. And it feels good. I was a little sad that all of that time went by with no new posts. But I wasn’t sure if I should write about home stuff, since it’s supposed to be a blog about our classroom. Do you think people would be interested in reading about that? I have an idea for “What I Did Over Winter Break”…
It’s been a little slow around here for the last few days, hasn’t it? I’ve been busy sewing and so haven’t posted. I really want to get something up about all my projects (like I asked you about the other day), as well as the new version of our “We’re Connecting” Map from Friday. What else has been going on that I should write about? Thanks for always sharing your thoughts, kiddo.
Um, I think that would be cool, I just like any kind of post . I don’t think the has been a post this year I haven’t liked! I just like reading whats on here and commenting or just reading it . I know it usually has to be related to school but I mean it doesn’t have to be 100% school related does it ? I think you can put something non-related to school on there once in a while. I really think people would be interested but I don’t know for sure maybe I am just saying that ’cause I think that. I think you should ask somebody else and see what there opinion is about it and see if they think it sounds interesting .
Like the theme, and for what it’s worth I think you can blog about home and it would be perfectly fine. Your students would love to read about you.
My personal resolution this year is to run in a 5k-I haven’t run for over 15 years!!!!! 🙂
